TTR Stylewars 2011 – Day 1

Young gun Scotty James — 17-year-old Australian Olympic Halfpipe athlete — is at the top of the leaderboard after Day One of Stylewars: The Australian Slopestyle Championships. This comes after red-hot favourite Gjermund Braaten from Norway was knocked out of competition, after breaking his collarbone for the second time since December last year.Currently ranked 5th on the TTR World Snowboard Tour, Braaten set the standard high stomping a double cork back 10 in his first judged run of competition. Stylewars Finals 2012 – Antoine Truchon & Silvia Mittermuller take top spots

Check out the final day of Stylewars (The Australian Slopestyle Championships) for 2012, filmed under epic sunny skies and the sickest conditions Falls Creek has seen in years. Antoine Truchon (CAN) stole the Stylewars Grandmaster crown from Tor Lundstrom (SWE) with a bangin set of double cork tricks, helping Antoine retain his number one world ranking on the World Snowboard Tour for slopestyle. Silvia Mittermuller (GER) won the womens Grandmaster title. Maxence Parrot (CAN) took out Carlton Dry 30 best trick - a sweet cab double cork 1080.
