TTR Burton Canadian Open 2011 – Halfpipe Finals

The 5Star Burton Canadian Open halfpipe finals went down under the lights tonight in Calgary, Alberta at the Winsport Canada Olympic Park. Japanese rider, Kohei Kudo, and American, Kelly Clark, took home the wins and were rewarded with a large share of the $50,000 USD prize purse and 850 Swatch TTR World Ranking points. Christian Haller (SUI) took third place tonight, which boosted him into the Swatch TTR Tour lead and Slovenian rider, Cilka Sadar, is now sitting in World No. 1 for the women. Kelly kept her upward momentum in the rankings and has moved into TTR World No. 4. Christian, Cilka and Kelly are all in great positions to take a piece of the $200,000 USD TTR prize purse if they can continue their string of good results into the end of the season.

TTR Sprint U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix – Practice Day with Kelly Clark

The 5Star Sprint US Snowboarding Grand Prix Halfpipe Final is set to go off tonight March 5th 2011 in Mammoth Lakes, California, where top riders will be competing for a piece of the $90,000 USD prize purse and a maximum of 850 TTR World Ranking points. The Grand Prix will host a pristine 22-foot halfpipe and is a perfect event for riders to post a 5Star TTR result before the final major event of the season; the 6Star Burton US Open. TTR Burton Canadian Open 2011 – Slopestyle Finals

The 5Star Burton Canadian Open wrapped up today at the Winsport Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Alberta with men's and women's slopestyle finals. American riders, Sam Hulbert and Jamie Anderson walked away victorious and took home a sizable portion of the $50,000 USD prize purse and 850 Swatch TTR World Ranking points. With her win today, Jamie reclaims the TTR tour lead for the women and if she attends the Oakley Arctic Challenge and the Burton US Open, she has an excellent chance to take the 2010/11 TTR World Tour Champion title.
