How do I create a user account?
Go to www.register-for-events.com and click on “Create Account”. Complete the form and hit the Submit button at the button of the page. If you entered your email address correctly, you will receive a welcome email with your username and password. It is important that the spelling of your firstname and lastname as well as the nationality on your user account match the spelling/nationality on the World Snowboard Tour World Ranking List. If a user account with your first/lastname/nationality exists already, please contact support(at)eim-solutions.com.
How do I activate my user account?
To activate your user account, you must login with the credentials sent to you and complete the account set-up. Just follow the instructions given. You have to complete your personal details, enter your sponsors, an emergency contact and indicate your stance (Goofy, Regular) on your personal bio. Please make sure all your contact information is correct as this will be used incase of emergencies and important announcements.
How do I share my information with my Profile?
To activate the synchronization of your information and share this info with your World Snowboard Tour profile, you have to login and then go to My Profile/Preferences. Check the TTR Opt-In (1177) box and click save to change your preferences. The information is updated every 24 hours. If your info is not displaying on your World Snowboard Tour profile after 24 hours, please contact support(at)eim-solutions.com or send an email to ranking(at)ttrprosnowboarding.com.
How do I manage my rider information?
To manage the rider information displayed on your World Snowboard Tour Profile you have to login and go to My Profile/Personal Bio. Complete all the fields and also update it at the beginning of the season or whenever changes occur. The information you provide here is frequently used by the World Snowboard Tour, journalists, event organizers, event announcers and partner websites. It is in your best interest to keep this information up-to-date.
How do I update/add my sponsors?
To add or update your sponsors, you have to login and go to My Profile/My Sponsors. To add a sponsor, click “New Sponsor”, select a sponsor from the list and assign a priority. Priority 1 is the highest and should be your main sponsor. The priorities have an impact on the calculation of the brand partner rankings, giving you the ability to influence the position of your main sponsor on the brand partner ranking system. To navigate to a sponsor entry click on the numbers in the top right corner “Click to View”. To update or delete a sponsor, navigate to the sponsor entry you would like to change and either change the priority or click “Delete”.
How do I update/add my profile picture?
It is currently not possible to upload your portrait or action shots directly to your profile. If you want to add/change your portrait or pictures, please sent an email to ranking(at)ttrprosnowboarding.com.
All World Snowboard Tour user accounts are managed by our technology partner, EIM Solutions, a company based in Munich, Germany. EIM Solutions (www.eim-solutions.com) is providing online registration, accreditation and data handling services for a lot of events on the TTR World Snowboard Tour. Once you have created an account with their athlete management system at www.register-for-events.com, you can use your login credentials and login direct below.
