The first annual High Fives event will combine the best aspects of individual and team competition, as 60 top snowboarders will compete in halfpipe and slopestyle, while also taking part in unique, off-snow team challenges like skeet shooting, knife throwing, jet boat trials and the MINI winter driving challenge.

Applications for High Fives are now being accepted for press accreditation from national and international media. The event will run from August 15-18 and will take place at Snow Park NZ, near Wanaka.
